1. How does TLRS work?

After a total loss incident, our service assists you by expediting necessary transactions needed to obtain a replacement vehicle of your choosing. During the entire process, you are in control. By using our extensive inventory for your selection and having the vehicle of your choice delivered to your home or business, TLRS can save you time, money and stress.

2. Am I obligated to use this service because it was recommended by my insurance adjuster?

You are not obligated to use this service. You may search for and obtain a replacement vehicle in any manner you choose.

3. Why should I use Total Loss Replacement Services?

TLRS assists you in obtaining a replacement for your total loss vehicle. We can save you time and money. Our representatives understand your loss situation and can eliminate much of the hassle associated with getting another vehicle. We get you into another vehicle and on the road sooner.

4. What are my responsibilities?

To provide your name and telephone number to TLRS so a representative in your area can contact you.

5. Do I need Internet access?

Although Internet access is preferred, it is not a requirement. All needed transactions can be delivered overnight at no cost to you. Simply call your insurance adjuster to get the process started.

6. Will my personal information be sold?

At some point during this transaction your personal information will be needed for licensing and/or financing. It will not be sold by TLRS.

7. Is my replacement vehicle insured?

You are responsible for obtaining insurance for your replacement vehicle.

8. What is the cost for this service?

There is no cost to you for this service.

9. Will my vehicle have tags?

The delivered vehicle will have temporary 30 day tags. The owner needs to obtain permanent tags prior to their expiration.

10. Will I have to sign a contract?

There is no contract to sign with TLRS. To start processing, you only need to ask your insurance adjuster to contact us with your name and phone number. However, as with any vehicle transaction or purchase, there are legal papers to be signed. Title work, licensing and/or financing etc. will need to be reviewed and completed with your approval at the time of delivery.
